The White Gallery London showcases bridal collections of some of the finest UK and international designers. We had been looking forward to this event for so long, and it did not disappoint!

What better way to start the day than to sit back and be truly amazed by Stewart Parvin's 2013 collection. Classic and elegant as always but somewhat softer than previous collections with a real feminine edge. With the finest fabrics sourced from across Europe we were truly bowled over and excited by the thought of these gorgeous dresses hanging in our boutique.
With the first catwalk show of the day over we had to step back to reality and continue with the task at hand, a day full of appointments to find the most beautiful gowns to join our collection at Froufrou. It really was like being a child in a sweet shop. By the end of the day we had seen so many wonderful gowns and met some amazing designers we decided no decisions could be made without a good nights sleep to reflect on all we had seen.
After a restless night we woke eager to continue with decision making, and with clear minds we headed back to a few select designers to make some big decisions. After much deliberation we finally decided upon our first new designer to add to our collection. Introducing something new to Froufrou a name synonymous with classic elegance, creating stunning bridal gowns since 1991, with a passion to design every girl’s dream dress for her wedding day. Alongside a little bit of sparkle and soft layering chiffon these gorgeous dresses will be available from mid August, more details to follow soon...
That afternoon we waved goodbye to the White gallery excited and nervous about our new collections, but we had one final appointment to attend. Feet aching and heads spinning we decided to hail a cab in true Froufrou style and
headed for Knightsbridge. As soon as we stepped inside this beautiful boutique we were treated to champagne, a yummy tray of petit four and then some very tasty sandwiches, it was fab! And it didn't stop there, the new 2013 collection was showcased in a personal catwalk show. This was a brilliant way to take in the detail of each and every dress and really spend time putting together a hand picked collection of dresses that will complement each other, but most importantly we know our brides will love. Needless to say we could not resist and we left with the excitement of another new collection that would be gracing the pulley maids at Froufrou!

Feeling exhausted and excited we headed back to Kent with a sneaky feeling that soon Froufrou really would have the perfect dress for everyone! x
